Message from the administrative director
Disorders of mental health for people working in the industrial field are becoming an issue and worsening. Improvement of working conditions for laborers and taking measures to support their mental health is an important issue in companies.
We believe that producing human resources who can manage EAP programs with a high level of knowledge and practical skills in business fields will contribute greatly to improving issues found in such social circumstances. As a result, EMCA was established in August, 2013 and authorized as an official non-profit association in November the same year.
We aim to engage actively in the field of mental health trough taking a key role in shaping a healthy society. We ask for your cooperation.
